Make a prehistoric statement with this incredibly detailed T-Rex skeleton model, specifically designed to perch dramatically on the edge of your monitor or shelf. It adds a touch of paleontology and classic style to any modern workspace. This model is high-detail and makes for a stunning conversation piece.

Print Guidelines & Critical Warnings:

Please read these instructions carefully before printing to ensure success. This is a detailed, high-complexity print.

  • Significant Supports Required: Due to the intricate geometry, this model requires significant supports. Tree supports are highly recommended for easier removal and cleaner surfaces on the underside of the bones. Pay special attention to support settings to ensure they are easy to remove without damaging the fine details.
  • Handle with Extreme Care (Ribs are VERY Fragile): Patience is absolutely key when removing the supports. The ribs of the T-Rex are exceptionally fine and delicate. They can be very easy to break if you apply too much force. Use fine-point tweezers, precision side cutters, and proceed very slowly and carefully around the entire rib cage. A delicate hand is required.
  • Securing for Stability: While the skeleton is designed to balance, for a secure, long-term mount on your monitor or shelf, I highly recommend using a small piece of clear mounting tape or thin double-sided adhesive on the feet and pelvic contact points. This will prevent accidental falls.

Suggested Print Settings:

  • Filament: PLA (Bone or Off-White recommended)
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm (for a balance of detail and print time) or 0.12mm (for maximum detail on the smaller ribs).
  • Infill: 15-20% (Grid or Gyroid)
  • Speed: Go slower than your standard speed to prevent failures on the fine ribs.

Enjoy adding this fossil-fuel-free beast to your desk!
