Description

Bottle Opener Mold (Recycled Plastic, ~10g)

This 3D-printed mold allows you to create a simple and functional bottle opener entirely from recycled plastic. It’s a great way to reuse your 3D printing waste and turn it into something useful.

To make the opener, you’ll need approximately 10 grams of plastic waste (PLA or PETG). The material can be melted (for example, in an oven or using a heat gun) and poured into the mold.

🔧 Features:

  • Fully plastic bottle opener (no metal inserts)
  • Minimal material usage (~10g)
  • Easy to make
  • Perfect for recycling 3D printing waste

⚙️ Recommendations:

  • Print the mold using durable materials (PETG or ABS)
  • Use 100% infill for maximum strength
  • The size can be adjusted in the slicer if needed

⚠️ Note: Since there are no metal parts, the strength of the opener depends on the plastic quality and melting process.

♻️ Give your printing waste a second life!
