Recently printed a small item, the more I look at it, the more I like it - a mini entrance door🚪
When modeling, I paid attention to many details, trying to make the door panel texture and door frame lines as realistic as possible. The printed texture is quite delicate.
What I'm most satisfied with is that the handle can be detached separately to change colors. I printed two versions, gold and black, and changing them gives a completely different feel.
It's not big in size, so it's quite interesting as an ornament on a bookshelf, or perfect as a prop for a dollhouse.
I also use it as a photo prop, taking a close-up shot with my phone, and several people on WeChat Moments asked, 'Whose door is this?' haha
After printing, I slightly sanded the edges, and the feel is much better.
I plan to print a few more in different styles to make a row of 'neighbor doors,' which should be very interesting🏠
The joy of 3D printing is probably being able to build whatever small world you want✌️
