Description
Bonsai Zen Valet Tray - A touch of elegance for your entrance
This elegant bonsai-shaped valet tray is perfect for placing on a cabinet at your home entrance as a key holder, or as a refined decorative object for your living room or office. The design combines the organic shape of a tree supporting a bowl with a base inspired by traditional Japanese Zen gardens.

How to print the model (Choose your plates)
The print profile contains 5 plates in total, but you will only need 3 to complete the object. I have included several options to allow you to customize the design:
1. The Trunk: 1 plate dedicated to the bonsai body, printed with wood-effect material (always to be printed).
2. The Vase / Bowl (Choose 1 of 2): You will find a plate for the smooth version and a plate for the fuzzy skin finish version (for a rougher, more tactile effect).
3. The Tray / Zen Base (Choose 1 of 2): You will find a plate for the single-color base and a plate for the bicolor base (designed to print the outer edge in the same color you chose for the vase).
Assembly Instructions & Tips (READ BEFORE ASSEMBLING)
• Fit Tolerances: The interlocking parts have been modeled to be very precise and tight. I recommend chamfering or slightly filing the attachment pins before assembly to soften them and make them fit more easily without forcing the plastic too much.
• The trick for a perfect connection (Vase - Trunk): To make the contact between the tree's “branches/hands” and the bottom of the vase much more realistic and continuous, I recommend this method I used myself: before gluing the two pieces, slightly heat the contact points of both parts (with a lighter, a mini-torch, or a heat gun) to soften the plastic. Immediately after, press the vase firmly against the trunk's branches: this will create small custom grooves that will make the two elements adhere perfectly and very naturally. Once cooled, you can apply glue to permanently fix everything!
I also slightly heated the base of the tree for a better fit into the tray part
