Description
This is a bust of a fruit bat (or flying fox) perched atop a gothic-style pedestal.
- The Bat: The anatomy is stylized yet realistic, focusing on the large, sensitive ears and the fur texture around the neck. Its wings are folded neatly against its chest like a cloak.
- The Pedestal: An ornate, hexagonal base featuring miniature gothic arches and recessed panels, reminiscent of cathedral architecture.
- Expression: The bat has a stoic, watchful gaze, making it look like a guardian of a library or a crypt.
