Summary

I made these small clips to hang Christmas lights on my house. They slide into place under the aluminum fascia cover and stay put without any hardware. I'm sure there are other solutions out there, but I wanted to make my own. Appropriate holiday greetings to you, and most importantly, have fun.

UPDATE 3/16/2020: I left these clips in place since they were printed (12/2018) and so far they've survived the northern New Jersey elements without any sign of deterioration.

Made hanging lights significantly easier. Had to print mine with a 3mm brim, but that's not a huge issues. I used PLA, PETG may have had less adhesion issues.

Thanks for the boost! I used pla for these, myself, and they've been holding up for quite a few years so far.

I love these hangers. I printed mine with some Bambu PETG for the UV resistance. They are wonderful and make a nice click when they are pushed on to the metal.
