Hello!
Here is a protective case I designed for the Rode Wireless Me Microphones! They should work for similarly size mics as well. The nice thing about these is the lid tolerances make it snap right on and then its held into place with 4 magnets. It is secure and fits really well into camera bags and other compartments while only taking up slightly more space than the actual mics. The shining quality of this case besides the lid, is that with the Rode Mic magnet attachment, you can still securely place the mic in the holder even with that attachment on the microphone!
I used basic Silk PLA for this. You may want to explore the option of PETG if you plan on making a rougher box. Realistically PLA should handle day to day use just fine!
THIS MODEL USES 5x2mm Magnets. For good measure I put a small drop of superglue in the hole before I place the magnet. Please take care into the direction you place the magnets so as to not cause repulsion of the lid instead of adhesion!
If you like this, please leave a review and give me a follow. My focus right now is camera equipment to help solve issues with on the go travel! Thank you so much!
