Core Design Highlights

Printing Parameter Suggestions (Beginner-Friendly)

• Outer Shell: Recommended PETG filament to ensure rigidity and durability, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill, no supports.
• TPU Liner: It is recommended to use 95A TPU filament, which has moderate softness, providing both secure earplug retention and sufficient support. Print temperature should be slightly higher than PLA, and 8% infill is sufficient.
• Assembly: Requires 8 M3*20 knurled pins.
