✦ Print Settings & Assembly Guide:
🖨️ Print Settings:
Layer height: 0.20mm (0.16mm recommended for finer details)
Wall count: 2
Infill density: 10% (can be reduced slightly to save filament, but be careful — too low may affect the model's structural integrity)
Supports: required for some parts
📐 Part Orientation & Supports: Each part has been carefully oriented to minimize support marks on visible surfaces after assembly. You can reposition parts to reduce support usage, but be aware this may leave marks on visible areas once assembled. This is especially important for the cape — keep the default orientation for the best result.
🔧 Assembly Tips:
Hair & Skull: Clip the hair onto the skull by inserting it from the back and applying gentle pressure until it clicks into place. ⚠️ Be careful with the front curl/lock — it can break if too much force is applied.
Shorts & Belt: The shorts clip into the belt — insert the front first, then press the back into place.
Cylinder Connectors & Tolerances: Compared to previous models, I've redesigned the connector system to give you better control over tolerances depending on your filament type. All connectors now use independent cylinders of the same size, making it easy to adjust the X/Y axis scaling to match your filament's tolerance.
Current cylinder tolerance: 0.11mm
Print one cylinder first to test the fit before duplicating
⚠️ If you scale up the model, use proportional scaling only, then adjust the cylinders separately to maintain the correct tolerance.
Every detail has been thought through so your build goes as smoothly as possible. Happy printing! 💀🦸
