Modular system for 1.2mm and 2mm polycarbonate sheets

The model shown in the photos is the dust cover I have done for my Bambu Lab P1S. This project requires a lot of filament, so don’t mind all the colours mixed together, I was just using up the leftovers :)

Assembly considerations

• UseCyanoacrylate (Super Glue) in every connector, this will ensure a much more secure result. Also, keep a hammer handy.
• The edges grooves are design to slide into the edge and secure the polycarbonate sheet.
• Assembly in horizontal layers to make it easier to introduce the corners
• You will need to cut some connectors to make use of all the available slots in the corners

• Base: The main panel support.
• Base Corner: A 90-degree corner piece used to join two standard Bases.
• Double-Sided Base: A specialized panel support designed to sit securely inside another panel.
• Double-Sided Corner: A 90-degree corner designed specifically to connect two Double-Sided Bases.
• Top Corner: A sleek, 90-degree corner for the top finish. It mirrors the Base Corner but features smoother edges and optimized connector slots.
• Edge: A structural outer edge that allows the Edge with Groove to slide seamlessly into it.
  • Available in 50mm and 100mm lengths.
  • Includes a special version with a 45-degree cut to match the Top Corners.
• Edge with Groove: A dedicated panel support that slides directly into the Edges.
  • Available for 1.2mm and 2.0mm panel thicknesses.
• Connector: The universal small joint piece that locks all other components together.
