This H2D/H2C/H2S Top Glass Lid Riser is specifically crafted to optimize the airflow and provide an efficient connection for external filtration systems, ensuring a cleaner and healthier printing environment.
By channeling air through the top of the printer, the riser takes advantage of the natural air circulation, effectively capturing and redirecting fumes and particles away from the workspace. This is particularly important when printing with materials such as ABS or ASA, which can emit harmful fumes.
This top venting solution helps to prevent contaminants from entering your room, maintaining improved air quality and creating a safer printing space. It’s perfect for home, office, or professional environments, offering reliable protection and peace of mind during your printing process.
Important Installation Note — Please Read Before Printing
If you plan to print the riser using the A1, you will need to split the main part into two separate objects and print them one by one. As the size is very close to the A1’s build limit, you may experience adhesion issues during printing.
The default recommended material is PETG. Other strong materials should also work, but we haven’t tested them yet, so please proceed with your preferred material at your own discretion.
For users who have the FNATR Vent System, installation is hassle-free — simply print the model. All the necessary parts are already included with the vent system.
For users who don’t have our vent system, you will need to provide your own exhaust setup.
If you already have the vent system, the filtered air coming out of the unit is clean and safe. However, if you still prefer to vent outside, you can simply connect another hose to the air outlet.
