Very Good Design, I have printed in TPU and PLA, this is the PLA Version, and it comes out amazing, actually looks like an Ax Head when printed in a metal or grey color.The PLA Version could still hurt someone if hit with it. I printed at 200% of original model size. &nbsp;The Grey one pictured is PLA and the black one is the TPU Version, and the picture does not do it justice

PLA 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 20% infill

I printed this out of TPU because the grey one I printed out of PLA came out way to Hard, it would still cut someone if hit with it. &nbsp;I am using it in my yard haunt and want to be able to trust my grandkids with it. So I printed out of TPU. &nbsp;This thing is awesome I printed it 200% the original model size.The picture doesn't do it justice.

I had all the makings of a lumberjack costume except for a safe axe to carry around. It should fit any standard axe handle, but you'll probably need to scale it for yours. I used epoxy to fix the head to the handle rather than the wooden wedge the handle came with to avoid breaking the head.
