Description

The following print file represents a replacement part for the Krups F233 Ovomat egg cooker, specifically the egg tray. To ensure optimal printing results, it is recommended to use a temperature-insensitive filament like PAHT-CF
It has a lever and was printed vertical on this lever as seen on the pictures.
Print in 0.2 Layerheight, with supports and a little brim would be recommended.

Guess who's rocking the same egg cooker and just became the proud owner of your epic spare part model? Yep, that's me! Thanks ! Your design skills are top-notch ! :)

I can hardly believe it! That's really spooky! You must print it in PAHT-CF, everything else (ASA, etc.) I've tried without success. The only material that didn't deform was PAHT-CF! Btw: Nobody has needed this part so far except you! :D

Absolutely, you're absolutely right! The material is indeed perfect for this purpose. ASA or ABS, logically, isn't suitable for temperatures above 100 degrees. Personally, I might have opted for PET-CF in this case, as it's a bit more budget-friendly. Considering the mechanical stress won't be too high, and according to the manufacturer, it can withstand 11 degrees more in temperature. Always good to weigh the options! 😊

Nice job, i searched for egg cooker because i need the same part just for the 3 egg variant of the Krups egg cooker, because i didn't know if ABS would cut it. Thanks to you i know that it would be failing, thank you ! :)

Thank you very much for your comment! I've tested several filaments, including "Greentech Pro" and ASA, but none of them could withstand the temperatures in the egg cooker in the long run. Only PAHT-CF has maintained its shape for months now! ABS would definitely fail.
