Works good. But it's worth mentioning that we have to insert the heads from the bottom until they get stuck instead of from the top (which is the natural assumption). Haven't glued it yet to the wall, but I think it should be fine and provide enough resistance to press the heads from the bottom until they get stuck.

It looks like you're not using Oral B brush heads. I'm guessing they are 3rd party compatible brush heads that have 2 rings at the bottom instead of the normal 1 ring for Oral B branded brush heads. That will be causing your issue of them getting stuck. Oral B branded brush heads align the ring with the channel in the mount and push in from the front.
Ah! Didn't notice that the ring was there to grip the brush head since mine had 2 of them. You're right, they're 3rd party ones. Thanks for your design anyway and a heads up for anyone with 3rd party head brushes which have more than 1 ring.
