Great match for the Saturn V but the top keep breaking off when I tried to remove the supports. Tried with regular and tree support using PLA with PETG as interface. However, it was hard to glue it back on.

I'm sorry to hear you had some issues. Have you tried printing without supports? The model was designed to be printed without support, with the angles at 45° and small bridges you should be able to get this printed without support.
