This rear fan holder for 80 mm Noctua fans uses their included anti vibration mounts and reuses the old plugs from preexisting Supermicro fans. If you don't have any old fans as a source the part numbers seem to be:

• Housing: Molex 51191-0400
• Pins: Molex 50802-8100

This rear fan mount matches the quick swap bay for the Supermicro FAN-0062L4.
