Sushi Slider + Flip Fidget Toy (Print in Place)

Let this fully cool after print (you can remove from the build plate) and rotate the hinges – NOT the pin – and then press the pin between your fingers to break the supports (don’t twist the pin – see image below). If you have filament and settings dialed in you can also gently twist the pin until you feel a little resistance (do not over twist), then twist the other way gently until it fully loosens. The hinges should move just fine. The more you play with it, the more it will loosen. PLA will work great. Some filaments will allow movement right after the print.  If you have issues, please contact me and happy to help. 

Sushi Roll Slider + Flip Fidget 🍣

When sushi night meets fidget time… this little roll was born. This sushi-themed slider + flip fidget brings a bite-sized piece of fun to your desk, complete with textured “rice,” colorful fillings, and a little seaweed wrap detail. Flip it open and closed while it slides, twirls, rotates, twists, and slips with smooth, satisfying motion. No chopsticks required (but they do make the photos look cool). 

Printed in four colors (you pick the type of fish) with rice texture details, this design is a fun little sensory toy that looks just as good as it feels to fidget with. Whether you’re a sushi lover, a fidget collector, or just someone who enjoys tiny food-themed desk toys, this one is sure to roll its way into your favorites. Just remember… don’t dip it in soy sauce. This is the first time (and maybe last) I will use Hilbert curve for the texture but worked good for the rice.
