Description
Functional Door Wedge with Grip Texture
Description:
I designed this door wedge with ease of printing and maximum utility in mind. It has a wide base for stability, a low profile that fits most doors, and top grooves for extra mechanical grip. The small hole at the tip is designed for hanging it on a hook when not in use. It looks great printed in gray PLA or PETG, but for superior non-slip performance on smooth floors, I recommend printing it in TPU.
Print Settings (Recommended):
- Printer: Optimized for the Bambu Lab X1/P1 series (but works on any FDM).
- Material: PLA, PETG, or TPU (for maximum grip).
- Infill: 30% (Grid or Gyroid pattern for strength).
- Walls: 3 or 4 (so the structure can withstand door pressure).
- Supports: Not needed.
- Orientation: Print flat on the base (as seen in the image).
