Description

Buffalo Bills Light box with optional stand.

I've made the front panel smaller height, but the insert part is wide enough for LED strip lights.

I used ‘add negative part' in Bambu Studio to place the back hole for cords. I use a 22mm cylinder to fit the 22mm Rubber Grommet. Looks clean and makes it easy to install.

I gave up after wasting five (5) attempts, always a gap in a few places where light signs thru very brightly, A1 at default downloaded as A1 settings. tried other lightboxes without any problems, loved this one because of the base.

Sorry to hear this. I don't have an A1 to test, but I can try to help. I'm assuming you are saying there are 'pin holes' correct? What filament brand were you using? If it's pin holes, I can try to make you a white diffuser to put behind the colors to cover them up if you prefer -or- We can work through a solution on printing on the A1 so you can have better luck with all light boxes. These pin holes can happen on any light box, so best to try and get printer tuned. Happy to help.

not pinholes but gaps between colors that light shines thru, where one color is next to another, really show the bright LED light coming thru. A! using Sunlu pla and pla+ with the default settings for 0.4 nozzle at 0.20mm width. did 5 and never at the same location,

it's like when one color ends ad the next one doesn't come right up to the previous color, each attempt had numerous areas like this. Did two other Bills logo lightboxes at the same settings and there were no gaps like this, each color butted right up the the next color with no gaps allowing the bright light from inside to come thru. tried 0.24mm width, tried thicker first layer, still got those gaps. Love the idea of the stand.
