Intro
A small ‘chibi’ creeper to ssslither around with you, either on a keychain or simply as a small figure.
I've noticed that there's a lack of creeper models around all 3D print related websites. There wasn't one that satisfied my needs, so I decided to do it myself and share to the world. I'm quite proud of this model since it's a very easy print to pull off (I've printed on 4 different printers with success), with no need for much support (only for the legs).
Slicing - Tips and tricks
For the slicing profile I believe you can use your own settings. I'd recommend printing at 0.20mm layer height because it's what the model is best tunned for. The joints of the legs are separated by around 0.20mm hence why I'm saying this.
This is a print-in-place print, with no need for supports when related to any joint or axis. The only support you'll need is in both upper legs. For this I'd recommend using tree supports on the build plate only, but it's really up to you!
I'll leave some screenshots for reference:
Thank you!
I hope you enjoy this model as much as I did. I'm very proud of it due to all the articulated joints working out perfectly with no need for any extra part or support, it just works! If you like this model don't forget to share it with your friends or even around a group you know!
A special thanks to my best friend, who helped me brainstorm and do the leg joints.
