This is a Tesla Cybertruck Kit Card designed by Muunk Studio

The Kit Card took advantage of Tesla Cybertruck's paperfolded-like exterior design, and it is printed flat, folded to an angle, and assembled. It allows to have no layer line and smooth surface finish on most of the parts.

There are three 3mf. files uploaded:

Single Color Kit Card - has all parts included and only prints in single filament
[Part 1] 2 Color Filament - printed in two different color filament and does not have all parts included. Must Print [Part 2]
[Part 2] Platform Part - prints in single filament color and must have [Part 1] printed to complete the assemble.

Pre-folding along the scored line of surface helps when assembling.

Please be careful when assembling, as fitting channels are small and fragile.
Every parts should snap fit, EXCEPT for the Window detail.
Window is not a snap fit, you have to use glue for window.

Single Color Kit Card_0.12mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

Really nice model, I love the opening frunk and trunk in particular. the only negative is the connector between the trunk liner and side panels seems to be 0.2mm too big and I had to shave them down to make them fit. every other connected was perfect. I tried printing with the default print profile at 0.12mm and also my own profile at 0.2mm.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. I didn't realize the slot was actually 0.2mm smaller. I am gonna have to double check that myself. Glad you liked the model.

thanks for printing. At the moment, I will consider new improvements and more accurate wheel design. But I don't have plan to start on it any time soon.

it looks awesome and works great, the only problem Inhave with it, is that it is so hard to put together on some parts of it. I do not think it is my fault because my filament is very dry. Anyways, it is an awesome model overall and would recommend printing. (Printed with Overture PLA)

Printed great and assembly went very well in PLA. if printing in white, recommended higher infill or possibly matte.

greatn could maybe be at bit thicker pins going to the model parts. Easier to gift wrap and travel with :)
