Feeding Basket for D-D Jumpguard Feeding Portal

Feeding basket designed for D-D Jumpguard Feeding Portal openings.

This insert allows controlled feeding of live and frozen fish food, helping keep food in one place and reducing waste in the aquarium.

It can be used with mesh lids or installed directly in a solid lid / cover with a matching opening.

Installation on mesh lid

1. Choose the exact position on the mesh lid or cover.
2. Place the ring with pins on top of the mesh so the pins fit into the mesh openings.
3. Place the ring with holes underneath the mesh.
4. Snap both rings together.
5. Cut and remove the mesh inside the ring opening using a sharp knife or scissors.
6. If needed, carefully remove small leftover mesh strands so they do not block the basket.
7. Insert the basket into the ring and place the lid on top.

If you already have an opening in the mesh, such as a D-D feeding portal, simply insert the basket into the hole.
 

Installation on solid lid / cover

1. Choose the exact position on the lid.
2. Drill or cut a 50 mm opening.
3. Insert the basket into the opening and place the lid on top.

Designed for printing in PETG for good resistance to water and aquarium conditions.
