Replacement door handle

During the Spring Festival, the indoor door lock of the home office was damaged. Since it was the holiday season during the Spring Festival, it was impossible to buy a new indoor door ball lock as a replacement. I also failed to find a suitable one on Markerworld. So, I designed it in ten minutes and printed it in 25 minutes.

Using PEGT material, a separate thick design is employed at the tenon part of the square door lock to enhance strength and prevent stress damage. To ensure strength, thick walls and a high filling rate are utilized.

If it is for temporary use and strength is not a consideration, the number of wall layers can be reduced, and the filler content can be lowered to 15%.

It can also be printed using PLA, but the walls and infill need to be increased to 50%.
