Description

This small click buckle for a Paracord bracelet consists of two parts: a male and a female part. Both parts are 3D-printed from PETG to ensure the delicate closure is robust.

The click buckle offers easy handling and securely fastens the bracelet. To open, simply press the tab on the male part to release it from the slot.

The design is based on Filip's design, which can be found here: https://www.printables.com/de/model/153417-tiny-buckle. However, I found the original design too unstable as the sidewalls of the female part would break every time. Therefore, I improved and reinforced the design using Tinkercad.

Dieser kleine Klickverschluss für ein Paracord-Armband besteht aus zwei Teilen: einem männlichen und einem weiblichen Teil. Beide Teile sind aus PETG gedruckt damit der filgriane Verschluss robust ist.

Der Klickverschluss bietet eine einfache Handhabung und sichert das Armband zuverlässig. Zum Öffnen wird einfach der Steg des männlichen Teils gedrückt, um ihn aus dem Schlitz zu lösen.

Das ursprüngliche Design war mir allerdings zu instabil. Die Seitenwände der weiblichen Teils sind mir jedesmal zerbrochen. Deshalb habe ich das Design in Tinkercad verbessert und robuster gemacht.

one of my favorite colors! AMOLEN Silk PLA 3D Printer Filament, Shiny Multicolor Rainbow Amazon it’s so cool and if you want lines you change around the print. I’m not 100% sure what ways do strips and what doesn’t, but it can be different.

Was Going great, Until the extruder hit it and it came off of the build plate.

Support Issue:the supports filled the female end and it takes a long time to remove them manually
