Instrucions:

Take a paper pattern modelled on the patient's wrist.

After measuring, draw the shape in the software of your choice and design a solid shape.

Print flat from PLA (for its low heat resistance - above 60°C) and with 100% fill.

Dip the printed part into hot water.

Take the part out of the water with something (its still hot), shake it and wait a few seconds for all the hot water to evaporate, and place it directly on the wrist of the person who is going to use the part (you may also use a piece of cloth to protect the wrist from hot drops).

Use your hand to shape the support and let it to cool down to freeze the shape.

If its not perfect, repeat the process until its correctly modelled.
