Description

this mount uses the existing stock probe holder allowing vertical adjustment and minimal changes to the printer. fits kobra neo and similar printers.

In printer.cfg these are the printer specific settings that need changed in addition to anything required with cartographer/beacon

for kobra neo offsets stay the same at

x_offset: 37.5 y_offset: 4

and under bed mesh these are the minimums. you may be able to expand everything except 32 under mesh min as that's the left limit switch point.

mesh_min: 32, 10 mesh_max: 205, 205

At some point I may adjust the mount to sit further back and left bringing it closer to being directly behind the extruder however as it currently stands, to do that makes it clash with the right x axis mount and I would have to adjust how the 2 boards on the cartographer sit and at this time that's more than I'm willing to do given my limited time. if one wanted to you could make this work by either making the boards 90 deg to each other instead of flat(maybe will fit) or add wires in between the boards which would definitely work allowing you to move the second board elsewhere.

so with this version it is the flat version that you want and I used the USB option(using Cartographer3D). However, newer version is up but will require the flat pack version as some extension cables are needed to be soldered to relocate one of the boards but it allows for better scanning of the bed https://makerworld.com/en/models/399036
