I personally wasn't happy with the other hunter knife files out on the internet so I made my own based on the game model but made entirely from scratch in Fusion360. This version assembles using six 3x25mm metal pegs for both alignment and strength. Every part has a flat surface that it can be printed on easily using relatively little to no supports. None of the holes for the 3x25mm pegs require supports. I recommend supporting the inside of the large circular cutouts but they should be able to print without supports (however they will not come out as cleanly). I highly recommend supporting the outside of the large circle cutout on the handle piece. I've printed this in both PLA and PETG however I do not recommend printing it in PETG since PETG has a little too much flex and this is a relatively thin piece so if you're trying to post process this print after gluing it together it likes to pull apart your seams, even if it doesn't fully break apart the assembled model. This model is scaled to about 65% of the original size of the hunter knife in Destiny but this scale is something more reasonable for actual people given that guardians are massive.
