Description

After having recently purchased a Neje Master 2S Laser cutter/engraver, i was looking at a more permanent mounting method and also needed a way to raise the height with some reasonable precision if engraving thicker/taller objects, this simple design fixes both issues.

The side legs are designed to go on the outside of the 2S's feet and using any random M5 bolts as a pin, you can raise and lower the entire laser cutter.

On the underside of the feet are two screw holes, these can be used if mounting the cutter to a board as i have done.

The only extras you'll need and 4x M5 bolts and you're done!

You must print 1x of each feet type and 4x bolt pullers. The foot with the cutout in it is designed for the side with the USB cables, it accommodates the small hex head screws that hold the PCB in place.

The bolt pullers are designed to have the M5 bolt sit inside them and give you something to grab on top when you need to remove them to adjust the cutters height. Simply affix the bolts too them with a dab of superglue on the bolt heads.

Post-Printing

Depending on your printers tolerances and material shrink, you may need to enlarge the circular holes that accomodate the M5 bolt. Size isn't too critical really, i personally used a 6.5mm drill bit as my holes were a little too tight.

Also (again, machine specific) remember to trim/sand the bottom to remove the "elephant foot" effect to ensure the piece sits totally flush on your mounting board.
