Tried at original scale and scaled up but unable to screw completely together.

Then you did something wrong with your settings xD I uploaded it aswell on Printables and 50 People printed it and gave a 5 Star rating, worked on everybody aswell as on me. Maybe remake it and please give a new rating. Thanks for your understanding!
