A really simple model ive chucked together for the easter competition, I'm not good at making nice looking parts over functional but i gave it a shot,

in turms of printing i had the printer slow way down to 10% speed when printing the ears so they had enough time to cool while printing em and it didnt really help, so maybe look at slowing it down even more than that.
