Description

G'Day! This PTFE Guide uses a 10mm PTFE fitting and is for use with a Skadis board and optionally a spool holder like this . It is a remake of this. I remade it because I change the location of the spool from time to time and I didn't want to have to print a new PTFE mount each time. This one is based roughly on the regular A1 Spool holder guide that rotates 360 degrees to accomodate any location of the spool to the printer. I also didn't like dismantling my A1 Mini spool holder guide as I use it sometimes with TPU closer to the printer. You do have to purchase the common 10mm PTFE fitting. I purchased mine on Amazon for AU$1.10 each. You can find them here on Amazon in Australia, or search for 10mm PTFE Fitting in your country's Amazon. At the time of posting they are about 70¢ US and £1.43 in the UK.  Please take the time to review if you use my remake as I'm after those point for free filament also. TIA!

Thanks for the inspiration to remake this. I liked your design but didn't want to use my original PTFE fitting from my A1 Mini and I wanted to cure having to print multiples for the different spool mounting locations. My remake is under remixes on this model. Thanks again!
