Description
Insert for the fantastic BaBo organizer by Willi 3D.
This is an insert to hold the very useful radius gauge by Michal Blazek (Printables link, Makerworld link)
Size 2x4 (60x120 mm).

Did I mess something up while printing either the Gauge or the Insert? As for me its not sitting flush. The Gauge is about 32mm thick but the cutout in the holder is only about 28 deep

My gauge is exactly 28mm thick, that’s why the cutout is of that size as well. Where did you get the gauge from? Printables or Makerworld?

The Makerworld one. Apparently thats a bit thicker?

Might very well be. I got mine from Printables long before Makerworld (or BambuLab for that matter) was even a thing, so maybe the designer of the gauge changed something in between. Unfortunately I’m currently abroad for my job, so I won’t be able to test that for another week or so.
