Ornaments with tiny hanging loops often fail when printed with default profiles, especially when using PLA Matte, which is notorious for weak Z-axis layer adhesion. If printed at default speeds, the loop simply snaps off when threading a ribbon. This profile is engineered specifically for PLA Matte on a High Flow Hotend, combining rapid body printing with extreme precision, custom retractions, and targeted thermal bonding for the fragile loop.Specific Modifications Made &amp; Justification of Necessity:<ul><li>Modification 1: High Flow Hotend &amp; PLA Matte Calibration (Retractions &amp; Accel)<ul><li>Justification: PLA Matte tends to ooze and string significantly more than standard PLA, especially when pushed through a High Flow nozzle. I completely recalibrated the retraction settings, accelerations, and volumetric flow. This ensures a flawless, string-free matte surface finish on the egg while maintaining high-speed extrusion for the main body.</li></ul></li><li>Modification 2: Precision Height Range Modifier (0.12mm Top Detail)<ul><li>Justification: The top of a spherical object always suffers from ugly &#34;stair-stepping&#34; artifacts. Furthermore, the tiny hanging loop needs high resolution to print cleanly. I applied a Height Range Modifier starting exactly at the base of the loop, shifting the layer height to a fine 0.12mm. This smooths out the top of the egg perfectly and provides more individual layers to construct a stronger, cleaner loop.</li></ul></li><li>Modification 3: Targeted Speed Reduction Modifier on the Loop (Max Adhesion)<ul><li>Justification: High-speed printing of small, isolated towers (like the loop) prevents the plastic from melting properly into the layer below, making PLA Matte highly brittle. I placed a custom modifier exclusively over the loop, drastically lowering the print speed. This provides the necessary thermal transfer and time for the matte layers to fuse solidly, ensuring the loop can actually support the ornament&#39;s weight without snapping.</li></ul></li></ul>Tested &amp; Verified: Printed successfully on a High Flow setup using PLA Matte. The body prints fast and clean, the top is perfectly smooth, and the loop is exceptionally strong. See attached real-life photos.&nbsp;
