This is a magnetic top cap for the enclosed printers. For some reason Bambu added a random hole on their printers and I've come to exploit it. For the foreseeable future, I'm going to be designing some models that connect to the magnet for decorative and practical purposes. you can find them on my (Zachary's Prints) page. This is the start of a project that I'm very excited about! Feel free to leave suggestions of what models I should make!

This magnetic cap prints a hole for a magnet, I've embedded a pause in the g-code so that after a couple minutes, you can place the magnet in, and it will resume and print over top of it, fully enclosing the magnet.

This cap is best printed with TPU but I've tried it with PLA and it fits as well.

The magnets that fit in the hole are 8mm x 2mm. You can buy these at Harbor Freight in the hobby isle for cheap. Feel free to download the model to change the diameter of the magnet holes if you have different sized ones!
