Functional 3D Printed Clock for Bambu Mechanism

This is a fully functional wall clock designed specifically for the Bambu clock mechanism.
It combines a modern honeycomb structure with a real 3 mm bamboo sheet, creating a unique fusion of natural wood and geometric industrial design.

The bamboo sheet and the clock mechanism are available separately from the Bambu Store.
All other components are included in this downloadable file and are either 3D printable or laser cuttable.

The version shown in the photos is the final, optimized production file.

🖨 Print Information

• Total print time: ~12 hours (with IRoning enabled)
• Without IRoning: ~9 hours
• Small support required only at the clock mechanism cavity
• AMS compatible – colored inserts can be customized
• Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Material: PLA / PLA+ recommended

The body prints reliably and cleanly. IRoning gives it an almost injection-molded surface finish, but can be disabled to reduce print time.

• Clock hands are a matter of personal preference.
• If you use a non-Bambu clock mechanism, measure the shaft diameter and hand fitting size carefully before installation.
• Designed specifically for 3 mm bamboo sheet dimensions from the Bambu Store.
