A slight modification of the original model to accommodate ¼ hex bolts and nuts since they are much easier and cheaper to get in the US.

Printing Recommendations

0.20mm layer height.

Use at least 4 walls.

Use PLA+ or PETG for strength, however PLA should be fine as well, just add more walls.

Use gyriod infill. I used 15%.

The model shown on the picture is printed with Bambu PLA Tough Pine Green.

Required (Recommended) Tools and Hardware:

Hardware:

• 4 x 1/4 in.-20 x 1 in. Hex Bolt
• 4 x 1/4 in.-20 Hex Nut
• 4 x 1/4 in. Washer
• 8 x zip ties, width is no bigger than 8mm

Tools (recommended):

• 7/16 Combination Wrench
• Blue Threadlocker
  • It can probably omitted if you use lock nuts instead of regular ones.
• Side Cutters for Zip ties

Install zip ties inside the holes.

Install hex bolts inside the model from the curved side, don't worry if the hex head doesn't go all the way. We'll tighten the bolt and push it forward.

If not using lock nuts apply a bit of threadlocker on the end of the threads to prevent nuts from coming lose from vibration and movements. This might not be needed but it's a good measure to prevent the nuts coming lose.

Put the mount on the base of the pedals, put the washer from the other side and tighten the nut with hands as far as you can.

Align the mount, take your wrench (or pliers if you don't have a wrench) and tighten the bolt. If you have ratcheting wrench that will be much easier. No need to take the pedals plate.

Don't go crazy tightening the nuts, just make sure the mount is secure on the pedals and cannot move.

Put the pedals to the Playseat pedals mounts.

Tighten zip ties by dragging back and forth.

Cut down the excess using side cutters.
