Remixed version of Dyson Hand Vac Bag Vacuum Attachment by @burris300.

Adds an air pressure release vent to prevent the vacuum from triggering the vacuum's “blocked” behavior causing the vacuum to pulse or turn on and off.

Tip: Insert the nozzle into the bag and zip up the opening around the nozzle. Hold the bag around the nozzle tip to help reduce the space for air to escape when the vacuum is on.
