A dimpled flower pot scanned with the MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner.

• Raw scan was imported into MeshMixer for trimming
• File was then exported to Blender where it was smoothed
• A duplicate was made, decimated, scaled down a bit and raised up
• A Boolean difference modifier was applied to create an internal void inside the vase.
