the a1 mini profile is ass and doesn't work, the nozzle always rams into the print, I got my printer just today, so that isn't an issue, it failed on me 6 times

How should a print profile lead to ramming the nozzle into the print ? It just configures the general settings. Generating the gcode and routing the toolpath is part of the slicing process YOU do in the cloud or in Bambu Studio. Model Printed perfect on my A1 Mini and X1C. Don't know how I can help. Only got positiv feedback for both print profiles until now.
