Here's a basic enclosure that you can build using a couple of IKEA Lack tables for your Rostock Max v2 or similar Delta printer. It makes a huge difference when printing ABS or PETG and as a big benefit, significantly reduces the noise of your printer.
You'll need to print the following parts:
4x Extension Upper
4x Extension Lower
2x Hinge part 1
2x Hinge part 2
2x Backing
2x Clasp
1x Bottom Catch
In addition, you'll need to buy the following parts:
2x IKEA Lack tables
4x 100cm x 50cm sheets of acrylic, glass or similar see through material. (Note, you only really need one see through piece for the front, it depends where you're going to place it)
4x 100cm x 2.5cm x 2.5cm L shaped corner pieces (just to make it look a little nicer)
Screws and M4 nuts/bolts for fixing
Apart from a 3d printer, necessary tools are a drill, spanner and a hole cutting tool to make a hole at the back for the wires to enter.
Hope you find this useful.... let me know if I can help & please please please post a made one!!!
