Rounded bridge test

Description
This bridge test model was created to calibrate lid printing performance for the modular container system.
It is specifically tuned for:
- Bridge Flow Ratio: 1.6
- Bridge Speed: 10 mm/s
- Filament: SUNLU PLA+
The test includes two circle sizes:
- 53 mm
- 95 mm
Important Notes
With the settings above, bridging performance is excellent the bridge lines come out clean, consistent, and well-defined.
However:
- At Flow 1.6, the bridge strands look strong and uniform
- But they slightly sag
- This can cause small imperfections or tiny holes in the top layer when printed without support
For the 95 mm version, I added small internal supports because the top surface was not forming perfectly without assistance — even though the bridge itself looked very good.
Recommendation
I strongly recommend printing this test model before printing the final containers and lids.
Depending on your printer and cooling performance, you may need to:
- Slightly adjust bridge speed
- Fine-tune cooling
- Reduce bridge flow slightly
- Or add minimal internal supports for larger diameters
