This mount allows you to mount the Fiio BTR3K onto the Fidelio X2HR Headphones. I printed my version in black ABS. When assembled, the BTR3K can still be easily slid in and out of the mount which makes it convenient when you have to charge the BTR3K.

To assemble you need:

• 1x M2*8 countersunk screw (slightly longer may also work)
• 1x M2 threaded insert
• Super glue
• Hot glue

I sadly didn’t have any flexible material at hand in order to make the mount more grippy, so I tried using hot glue instead. I put a small amount of hot glue into the space where both of the bars will be (for Clamp1 and Clamp2). While hot, press the headphone bars into the mounts. When cooled down you can remove the clamps. This should leave behind a thin layer of dried (grippy) hot glue. You might want to repeat this process a couple times to get it right.

The threaded M2 insert has to be inserted into Clamp2. I used a regular soldering iron for this.

The super glue is needed to glue BTR3KHolder onto Clamp1. Before gluing, make sure you have it oriented the right way.
