Description

Here is the Taser 7, a fully functional project that required extensive design, prototyping, and optimization. Multiple iterations were conducted to ensure dimensional accuracy, proper component integration, and mechanical reliability. The version presented here is now nearly finalized.

Internal housings were specifically designed for these components. Any component changes must be checked for mechanical fit and electrical compatibility.

Printing Recommendations

It is strongly recommended to print the model in PETG or a high-strength filament. Some parts feature thin sections that are mechanically stressed during assembly or handling.

Tests with PLA have shown that these areas can easily break. PETG or equivalent materials (ABS, ASA, reinforced nylon, etc.) provide better resistance to impact and flexural stress.

Component Sourcing

Non-printable parts can be sourced from online suppliers such as AliExpress or Amazon, depending on availability in your country. Ensure the dimensions and electrical characteristics match the specifications provided to guarantee compatibility.
