This is a Wing-Lock for the XUAV Talon. I didn't like the fact that the wings are just hold on by friction. So I made a Wing-Lock to stop them from falling off in mid-flight. Here is a little tutorial on how to install them.
Printer Brand:
Creality
Printer:
Ender 3 Pro
Rafts:
Doesn't Matter
Supports:
No
Resolution:
0.15
Infill:
Nut: 100% infill, thread: 20% infill
White
Step 1
First mark 35mm of the end of the thread that was standing on the Print bed. Then drill a 10 to 11mm hole, 35mm deep, in the wing as shown on the photo above. Make sure that it's 90° to the wing. Then put a good amount of hot glue in to the hole and press the thread in to the hole till it's at the end of the hole. Again, make sure it's 90° to the wing.

Step 2
Fit on the wing with the two carbon Spars and put the thread against the Fuselage of the Talon. Mark around the thread and take the wing off again. Then drill a 13mm - 15mm hole at the mark. Put the wing on again and check if the thread fits through it nicely.

Step 3
Next, cut out a 30mm x 40mm piece of wood. Then drill a 13mm - 15mm hole in to it and glue it with a good amount of hot glue over the hole. Again, check if the thread still fits through everything nicely.

Step 4
Put on the nut and repeat the steps above for the other side.

Step 5
Now you have threads looking out with nuts on them on both sides of the fuselage. Now lay the hatch on and mark where the wood is in the way and cut it away. This mainly depends on the thickness of the wood you are using. Then drill away the foam with a 15mm drill that's in the way of the Nut. And repeat for the other side.

Step 6
You're done! The Lock should now look something like this. Now pull a little on the wings to make sure that everything holds in flight. Enjoy not having to worry anymore that the wings might fall off at any moment. :)
