PCB city is built out of common circuit components. It's not a real circuit. Circuit components are put together to simulate a city. For example, aluminum capacitors can be treated as oil tanks, inductors as Ferris wheels, microcontrollers as playgrounds, jumper wires as bridges, communication buses as rivers, and other taller components are skyscrapers.
