Description

Mounting is the Same as my other h2 mount https://www.printables.com/model/197289-biqu-h2-ender-5-plus-mount

Nozzle to Probe -33,-11, Z should be same as stock

mounts using 2 M3 x 8mm botls for the H2 and 2 M3x 8mm bolts (may want use a washer) and 2 m3 nuts for the Bl touch Bracket.

designed this so i would give up as little bed space as possible, this is achieved by keeping the h2 within the x carriage and keeping the fan duct from hanging off the front of the extruder.

i have included the Step file for the mount/duct incase some one wants to make it work with a different fan and or redesign the ducts for a different hot end, or if they can make a better duct. (if you come up with a better duct let me know would love to try it.

i've tried to reduce as much post-processing as i can, but you may still need to do sanding to get every thing to fit, and will need to glue the fan adapter on if you don't print it as one part.

included, the blow through mount, bl touch mount, vertical 5015 fan adapter, Horizontal 5015 adapter, the mount and vertical fan adapter as one part and the step file for the assembled vertical version

Horizontal fan adapter may be useful if you don't do a cable chain for the wires as it will keep the wires bundle from hitting the fan.

:added a dual 5015 vertical fan adapter per a couple of requests, and a extra strength dual version aswell, not sure how it will flow, the mount may restrict it some

:added dual fan CFD pic

:added another version for an even shorter heat break by lowering the H2 mounting location labled as PassThrough h2 mount, Shorter Heat break 2.7mm
