Description

Here is a super cute easter decoration for you to print ;)

This time its a more modern design.
The model is seperated on two plates:
On the first plate is the bunny, on the second plate is the flower head.
So its easy to print the flower head in a different colour.
For the stem of the flower simply cut a piece of 1.75mm filament and stick into the flower head.
The flower head also hase some grooves so its easier to fold it and give it a little more natural flower shape.
Et voila, the bunny is finished!

I sliced it a little smaller to take some time of the print.
Simply scale it to your liking, there is enough resolution in the sculpt;)

Printed with support.

NEW : Below is a link to his cute little modern friend with hanging ears ;)

Printed great! My girlfriend will love it! I would recommend gyroid infill, otherwise great model and profile.

Hi @zzackk124, may I ask which Nozzle and Support settings you used? This looks like Bambu PLA matte, same as I am using, but my supports keep breaking off :(

I am useing the standard .4mm stock nozzle on the X1C. I sliced the raw model for use with a tuned PETG material profile. The main changes I made in my slice where a gyroid infil and tree supports (automatic) with a 30 degree overhang threshold. otherwise, all my settings where the same as the standard .2mm profile. Hope this helps @Klesst :).

I'm having issues with the supports. I used Tree automatic (hybrid). x1 carbon, 0.2mm nozzle, bambu pla matte, default bambu settings for 0.06mm. I left the door open. This bunny is super cute and I want to get the best possible print possible and surprise my girlfriend with it! the support for the paws broke away 😢

Hey sorry to hear that :/ For me everyhing printed fine and also looked fine. I used the printprofile I uploaded. The model has no real details on the bunny. So in my opinion there is no point printing with a 0.2mm nozzle. Maybe the 0.2mm nozzle in combination with the super low layerheight introduces some problems. Have you tried printing it with a 0.4mm nozzle ? Oder the other way arround with your 0.2mm nozzle and a bigger layer height ?

Hi! Thank you for your reply. I'm using the .2mm nozzle in order to minimize the layer height. At 0.6mm you basically can't see the lines, it's really pretty. I tweaked the support settings and reduced print speeds by activating the silent mode... and I activated the prime tower. It's almost a 2 day print now, but maybe it'll work 😃

Hi, thanks for you reply. You are right, it was nonsensical to use the 0.2mm nozzle - I thought I could do narrower lines with that than with the 0.4mm nozzle. I managed to print it with the 0.2mm nozzler by using strong tree supports with extra wall loops. It's really pretty, thank you for the model!

Cute print. The hole at the hands could be a bit smaller, so the flower stem would stay in place. But I suppose that’s personal preference :-)
