One-piece Apple AirTag holder for your keyring.
Print in TPU (I have tested both 95A and 85A).
Face the tab of the case down and the Apple logo of the AirTag down, and squeeze the AirTag into the case working your way around the edges:

Tight fit, maybe just a bit too tight for its strength as the first print broke as I was putting the airtag in.

Did you calibrate your filament so it's not over extruding? If yes and still too tight you could scale it in Bambu Studio to say 100.5%. But you want it to be tight and secure.

it’s quite clean, I doubt there is overextrusion.
I could get it in without breaking the second time but I think you could scale it up just a bit to improve the design.

hello, I confirm Same Issue here. I thing would go Ok with the 85 (Ninja Flex), but on 95 should go with the scale. I'll try with the 100.5% and let you know. Cool and simple design. I like it
