Shelf Bracket Modern Angled Design
 

Product Description:

This modern angled shelf bracket is designed for a clean, minimal look while providing solid support for small to medium shelves. The bracket is 3D printed from high-quality PLA, making it lightweight, rigid, and suitable for decorative and functional indoor use.

The slanted triangular structure distributes the load efficiently, while the dual screw mounting ensures stable wall attachment.

Perfect for shelves in living rooms, offices, kitchens, or workshops.

Depth (wall to shelf): 30 mm

Thickness (base): 5 mm

Width: 30 mm

Mounting holes: 2 × Ø 5.2 mm

Vertical spacing between holes: approx. 37.5 mm

Angle: ~63.4°

 

(Minor dimensional tolerances may occur due to the 3D printing process.)

Properties: Rigid and lightweight

Recommended use: Indoor only

(PLA may deform under high heat or direct sunlight)

Layer height: 0.28 mm

Initial layer height: 0.20 mm

Infill density: 40%

Infill pattern: Gyroide

Wall thickness: 5 mm

Bottom thickness: 6 mm

Material: PLA or PETG - PETG recommended for humid environments


Installation Notes:

Use suitable wall plugs for your wall type

Recommended screw size: 5 mm

Pan head (round head) screws are recommended.
Countersunk screws are not advised, as they can create stress concentration and may cause cracking in the PLA material.

Do not overtighten screws (PLA can crack under excessive pressure)

For heavier shelves, use multiple brackets

Estimated Load Capacity ⚠️

Estimated maximum load per bracket:
➡️ 3–6 kg (6.6–13.2 lbs) under ideal conditions

This estimate assumes:

  • Proper wall mounting (solid wall or suitable wall plugs)
  • Evenly distributed shelf load
  • Standard PLA print with sufficient infill (≥30%)
  • Vertical load only (no pulling or side forces)
