This can be printed using a single-color PLA
Print Settings
0.2mm layer
2 walls
15% infill
Ironing on top surfaces for a smooth finish
add supports for the bottom of the plate
For best results use Ironing on all top surfaces

It worked great; I had to adjust it slightly to fit my bed (about a mm). Added a cover to hide the screws and transparent PETG tiles for the indicator lights/buttons.
